Coach Ron Gipson is a Professional and Licensed U.S.A. Amateur Boxing Coach.
Boxing is a great way to get into shape quickly, build cardio, sharpen motor skills, instill discipline into a child, build greater dedication and best of all make new friends.
Our goal is simple, be safe, enjoy yourself and push yourself to train hard to reach your goal of a better YOU!
Please note that NO ONE is forced to get into the ring or ever be hit. We understand everyone’s intentions are different and as professionals we will meet you needs and demands and help you work towards the goal you have set for yourself. While maintaining a safe, clean, fun and comfortable workout experience.
We know once you try it out you’ll not only feel GREAT but you attitude will become very POSITIVE and you will grow to enjoy pushing yourself past any challenge in your life.
